The Biki Production Process

STEP 1

project management

Getting to Know Your Project

Each project starts with an in-depth discussion with our expert consultants, understanding your specific needs and regulation standards for the target market.  We then recommend the BEST FORMULATION for your new product.

Finalizing the Details

Once an agreement has been reached, we place everything in writing to clarify the details on all ends. This includes the initial quote for the project, terms of trade, and expected lead times, which will be sent to you for approval.

STEP 3

Creating the Sample

We then proceed to develop a sample for the custom shoe care formula, conducting multiple laboratory tests to ensure efficacy and consistency. The final sample is then sent to you, giving you a first-hand experience of the product and adjusting the formula before mass production.

Streamlined Production and Inspection

After securing approval for the sample, we arrange for material procurement and start the full production. All incoming materials are tested for stability and reliability, while strict quality control protocols are implemented at every step of the manufacturing process.

Additionally, we’ll send pictures and videos of the products, keeping you constantly updated throughout the production. Inspection reports are also prepared to ensure that the shoe care products meet global standards.

STEP 5

Packaging and Shipment

We conduct a final round of inspections on the finished product, which are then properly packaged and prepared for delivery. We then hand over your order to our forwarding partners for shipping, making sure to closely monitor the delivery to ensure they arrive to you on time.

Dependable Aftersales Support

Biki’s aftersales support team provides you with responsive solutions even after order fulfillment. Any product-based concerns will be immediately addressed within 24 hours of receipt, arranging product replacements and adjustments when necessary.
