This is complemented by several dedicated workshops taking care of each manufacturing step, ensuring each batch of shoe care products we complete has the same quality and consistency.

Thanks to our numerous workshops that handle various parts of the production process, we can complete large-volume orders with the utmost quality and precision.
We employ 10 plastic mold injection lines, each equipped with dedicated machines for different sizes, allowing for flexibility in plastic mold production.
With 7 bottle blow machines in our bottle blow line workshops, we can create custom bottles for your shoe care products in-house, ensuring consistent quality.
Our facility has 2 workshops for filling liquid products into bottles, both outfitted with a total of 8 highly calibrated cream injection machines.
For manufacturing shoe cream, we have a dedicated workshop for plastic jar injection and packaging. The workshop has five production lines and eight cream injection machines.
2 sponge product workshops have 5 production lines that handle the sponge manufacturing process. It includes an automatic sponge cutting, 6 sponge glue pasting machines, 6 silicone oil filling machines, and a shrink-wrapping machine for packaging.
For manufacturing sneaker wipes, we have 2 dedicated workshops with a total of 5 production lines, each outfitted with a cutting-edge wipe processing machine.
Assembly and packaging are done in our exclusive workshop which has 2 production lines for efficient processing. The workshop features 10 labeling machines, 8 coding inject printers, 6 coding laser printers, and multiple blister packaging and heat exchanges.
